Returns and Refunds

Due to the type of product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on change of mind. However, if the product is faulty or has been damaged during the shipping process, we would be happy to assist.


Refunds, (if applicable)
If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. You will need to take a photo of the product and add this to an email along with your proof of purchase. This can be emailed to [email protected].


Exchanges, (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
